The Abbey provided an excellent location near shopping and restaurants, making it convenient for work-related activities. The staff was very accommodating, assisting efficiently with my check-in and any requests I had during my stay. The breakfast selection was impressive, featuring freshly baked goods and a variety of options that catered well to a business traveler.
The room was somewhat small and lacked proper air conditioning.

Had an awesome trip with friends! We loved exploring the local attractions and took a gentle stroll through the hidden gem of Prior Park and the serene Sydney Gardens which were just a short walk away. The location was perfect and the staff were super helpful.
Our check-in process wasn't great. We had to wait longer than expected for our rooms to be ready, and the rooms weren't quite the 'superior' ones we anticipated.

Friendly staff enhanced the overall experience, and the comfortable bed made for a good night's sleep. While the breakfast offered a good selection, the steak at dinner was quite disappointing, lacking flavor and being tough. The location is ideal for exploring, although some amenities such as the fruit selection could use improvement.

Perfect spot to explore Bath
The location was prime—easy to hit up nearby restaurants and shops. Staff were super friendly and made us feel welcome. Our room was a bit chilly when we got there, but they quickly provided a heater. One bummer was no wardrobe in our room, but we only stayed for 2 nights, so it didn't really matter. Breakfast looked yummy!

Artistic, Artistic, Artistic
I loved every bit of my stay! The themed rooms, especially my Cinematography guest room, were like stepping into an art gallery, reflecting the rich cultural backdrop of the area. Plus, the onsite Koffmann & Mr White's restaurant had mouthwatering dishes that left me craving more and made every dining experience a delight.

Ideal location with a lovely breakfast
I really enjoyed my stay, especially the fantastic breakfast which featured freshly baked goods and a great selection of hot options. I enjoyed a lovely cocktail at the bar, which had a good variety. The food in the restaurant was well-cooked and presented nicely, contributing to a relaxing evening as I dined with my partner.
The room we had was cramped and lacked natural light. The view was unappealing and there was a loud vent outside that disturbed our peace.

Outstanding afternoon tea with a vibrant ambiance and exceptional quality, making it a memorable treat. The hotel’s central location allows for easy access to the bustling streets of the city and local attractions.
On the downside, some rooms can feel cramped, especially the small double options which don’t come with much space or storage. Noise from the outside air conditioning units and the general liveliness of the area can make it hard to find peace, particularly with the fire alarm going off from shower steam and loud conversation in nearby rooms. the cleanliness of common areas seems questionable, as it doesn't look like tables get wiped down frequently between guests.
